No - you can self-refer directly for any of our services. Simply call us on 0330 229 2619 or use the online enquiry form. No GP referral or letter is required.
When do I pay for my appointment?
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept card payment at all clinics. Please contact your clinic directly if you have any questions about payment methods.
Are there any additional charges I should know about?
All appointment fees include the consultation and any treatment carried out in clinic during that session. Laboratory-manufactured orthoses and certain specialist procedures are additional — these are listed separately in the fee schedule above and are always discussed and agreed in advance.
Is podiatry covered by health insurance?
Many private health insurance policies cover podiatry treatment. Please check your policy and contact your insurer before your appointment. We can provide receipts and any documentation your insurer requires.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Please contact your clinic directly as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged.
How many appointments will I need?
This depends entirely on your condition. Many patients with routine chiropody needs attend every 6–12 weeks. MSK and sports podiatry patients typically need 2–6 appointments. We will always give you a clear picture of what to expect at your first appointment.
